The integrated testing machine for sample and ear preparation is mainly used for process testing of metal sheets, to detect the anisotropic properties of the shaping plane of metal sheets. The product complies with GB/T24183-2009 "Test Method for Earning of Metallic Materials". The host adopts hydraulic clamping and servo stamping, and the stamping speed can be pre-set. The ear making fixture is convenient for loading and unloading the sample. After the sample is sent in, pressing the automatic button can complete the feeding, clamping, and stamping. If there is a crack in the sample, it will automatically stop and be easy to observe the crack. It also has a peak memory function, which automatically remembers the maximum impact force and deformation height. Deformation depth and impact force adoptedLCDDisplay screen, button operation, can pre-set deformation depth.
The four column frame structure of the ear making testing machine is convenient for sample delivery, material collection, and operation. The computer is placed in the middle and can be operated at both left and right workstations. The test data can be saved for a long time.
By using actuator stamping, hydraulic system clamping, and annular actuator stamping, a streamlined process of material dropping, clamping, and stamping is formed, achieving one-time completion of circular sample making, clamping, and ear making on one device, without the need to use one sample making device and one ear making device to complete the above work. The advantage of using this method is that the coaxiality of ear making and layout is high, while the efficiency is improved, reducing the layout requirements for testers in the experiment. After the system layout is completed, the foot switch is used to start sample preparation. Then, the clamping system sends a message, the stamping system automatically stamps, and the measurement system synchronously measures the stamping height.
Mold replacement: Due to the use of an upper mounted stamping cylinder device, the stamping piston retracts into the cylinder, leaving space and making it very convenient to replace the concave mold. The ear making concave mold and sample making die adopt an integrated design. The ear punch extends out of the lower template and can be easily replaced by unscrewing it.
There are two sampling and ear making stations on the equipment. Two workstations cannot operate simultaneously during ear making.
